Sports Massage Therapy

Sports Massage Therapy is a hands on treatment in which a trained massage therapist manipulates the soft tissues of the body—such as muscles, tendons, ligaments, connective tissue, and skin.

Injection Therapy

Multiple injections options - pain relief for arthritis and joint pain, inter- joint injections to increase function and mobility, anti-inflammatory injections, specialist tendon and ligament injections. Depending on the nature of the need for an injection your therapist will advise you on the best option for you.

Kass Evans

Kass graduated from Leeds Beckett University with first class honours in Physiotherapy, and also holds a Level 3 Diploma in Sport Massage. Her experience includes post-surgical musculoskeletal rehabilitation at St James’ Hospital in Leeds. Outside of her work commitments she enjoys running, weight training and family time.

Natalia has worked in Brazil, Portugal and the UK across both Public and Private sectors. She has great experience in treating a huge range of injuries and pathologies. She has a real passion for musculoskeletal physiotherapy and believes in a personalised approach to achieve the best possible outcome, ensuring patients are confident in their progress.
